Dear Realtor,

We at Country Crossroads Realty developed a business model over the past year that is the answer to a prayer for a select number of REALTORS® who can stand on their own but who do not wish to be on their own. I am among that select group and I am certain that our model will not work for everyone. It is not intended to.

  
After practicing over the years with DeWolfe, Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and for the past five years owning a REMAX franchise, I know without question that my income derived from my own hard work and not from any corporate brand much as I respect them. I learned something from all of them and I have separated the wheat from the chaff. There was simply just too little return on my investment. We have made it possible for you to keep more of what you earn because we can.

Country Crossroads Realty is constantly evolving to adapt to changing markets. This prolonged period in our industry is precisely the time to circle the wagons, conserve what we have and prosper intelligently. There is a select group of you who know it and can do it. I want you to do it here.

Our office is at 28 Bay Rd South Hamilton in the Black Cow Restaurant Building. We provide a base of operations for you and your business in a landmark location that permits you to (for example):

  • Work between your home office and our main office as you wish.
  • Receive all calls and inquiries on your own listings. (No traditional “floor time” agent takes your business. There are no exceptions and the impact on your income is obvious).
  • Participate in voluntary/rotating “REALTOR® on Duty” program for any/all new business.
