Janet and George Hilton are the owners of RE/MAX Country Crossroads Realty Associates, LLC. Janet and George have combined their careers and skills to create a most unique RE/MAX Office on the North Shore and here is how they have done it:
Janet’s background:
With a background as the first born of seven, a Critical Care Registered Nurse and an Attorney, Janet progressed through her real estate career as a skilled negotiator and caregiver. As such, she quickly became Top Producer in three different major companies. Just before she opened her own RE/MAX franchise, her former national company bestowed upon her their highest sales award at convention.
George’s background:
For the last five of his thirty-two years as a Firefighter, George has supervised Fire Alarm and Emergency Dispatch Services for three Cities and Towns on the North Shore. Like Janet, he has been a caregiver for more than half of his life and as such, he has served whole communities with his assessment skills, quick judgment and protective nature. Janet has "persuaded" him that he has earned the right to enter the real estate field rather than merely fish post retirement.
As Broker/Owners, Janet and George are completely committed to the professional and personal advancement of each Sales Associate who associates with RE/MAX Country Crossroads Realty Associates, LLC. Toward that end, the Hiltons have spared no expense in developing a state of the art Office the physical layout of which is both elegant and upscale with a "Horse, Fox and Hounds" design theme.
In addition, both Janet and George are certified Buffini and Company Mentors. Buffini and Company is the number one coaching and training company in the world. Associates who complete the classes realize significant increase in their sales volume and often double and triple their income.
Further, the Hiltons have invested in the RE/MAX Satellite Network, a progressive educational system created by RE/MAX for the academic and professional advancement of all Sales Associates. With a 42" flat screen TV in the comfortable conference room, Associates are able to register for any number of advanced professional certification courses for free.
The Hiltons feel just as strongly about the personal safety of their Associates as they do about their Professional advancement. Toward that end, they have installed security devices within the office premises in addition to the security cameras that are situated around the building.

It is no coincidence that we "put our balloon" on the Newburyport Turnpike in Rowley. Take a look at the North Shore map and see why we named our real estate company REMAX Country Crossroads. We are exactly at the crossroads to the whole North Shore including New Hampshire where we are also licensed and practice. Because we are minutes from all North Shore communities, the whole North Shore travels past our office to go between Newburyport and Boston or from west of Georgetown to get to our Cape Ann properties on the ocean.
